I read about and researched this mount for months before making the purchase so it's fair to say I came into this with "expectations." The TitanTCS, like most hand controlled astronomical devices, is menu driven and has a bit of a learning curve, but has a lot of features. For example, the ability to park the mount at user defined points is really nice and the PEC function is very easy to implement. I've read reviews where users boast about the payload capacity, which is quite impressive, however I'm most impressed by the lack of backlash. I've had the good fortune of using several high-end mounts, but I've never seen anything that can track the way this little mount does. Suffice to say, I'm extremely happy and am considering upgrading my permanent observatory mount to a Hobym.
