Return PoliciesStandard 30-Day Return
If you would like to return a product, please fill out our return form, contact your salesperson, or our customer service team for a return authorization number (RMA). Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- A full refund for the product will be given in the product is unopened and unaltered.
- If the product is opened, a possible restocking fee will be charged depending on the condition of the product.
- If a product qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping the product will be deducted from the refund.
Product is Defective
If you've received a product you believe to be defective, please contact us immediately and describe the problem in detail. In most instances a perceived defective product are technical adjustments that our team can help guide you through.
If a product is defective, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to make right. OPT will do our best to liaison the replacement/repair, however no guarantee of outcome can be given.
*Customers located outside of the contiguous United States are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting the defective product back and receiving the replacement (Hawaii, Alaska, International).
Damaged in Shipment
If you've received a product you believe was damaged in transit, contact OPT immediately so we can guide you through the process. Take photos of the damages and provide them to our customer service team.
Refunds and Credits
After receipt of return, please allow 3-5 business days for OPT to review. Once determined, if a refund is requested, the refund will be returned via the original payment method. Allow 3-7 days for the refund to post. For international refunds, it may take up to 14 days to post. If a credit is requested, it will be provided in the form of a gift card.
