With only 100 grams (~3.53-ounces) weight and a diameter of 80 mm, this filter quick changer is more compact and lightweight than any filter wheel. ♦ Especially for astrophotography, measurements depend on a fraction of a millimeter. With their M48 tuning rings and extension tubes, you can adapt the filter changer exactly to your "image train".♦ TS recommends one drawer for each filter. Interchanging of filters by screwing into they same drawer during imaging or observing is rather impractical.

The connection on your telescope side is M48x0.75 thread (female), 2-inch filter thread, length is 4.4 mm. The Connection on your camera side: M48x0.75 thread (male), length is 4 mm. This is a Strengthened version exchanger, even suitable for heavy cameras. The Optical Path (back focus) is 18 mm without the external male M48. This changer weights approximately 100 grams (~3.53-ounces.) and has an outside diameter of 85 mm.

Which filter drawer is suitable?: Teleskop Service drawers are for 2-inch filters and for 1.25-inch filters.
For 2-inch filters there are two different versions:♦ TS-TSFES2 : Drawer for all 2-inch filters. The cell can be up to 8 mm in height (the M48 thread of the cell is not taken into account).♦ TS-TSSCHUB2: Drawer for low-profile 2-inch filters. The cell can be up to 6.5 mm in height.
