  • Tele Vue NP127fli 5" Imaging Refractor

The Televue NP127fli is a 5 inch apochromatic refractor designed specifically for imaging with a FLI Proline Camera, Atlas Focuser & Centerline filter wheel. A combination of an ultra flat field of view, short focal length resulting in a fast f/ 5.3 design pairs flawlessly with the FLI PL16803 camera but will work with perfection with any FLI Proline camera of your choosing.

Weighing in under 16 pounds the NP127 is a highly portable precision imaging telescope. Special placement of the built in Large Field Corrector sits inside of the FLI Atlas focuser putting it in a prime position for use with this particular equipment combination and your choice of FLI Proline CCD camera. All connections are acheived with FLI's Zero Tilt Adapter system and Tele Vue's proprietary image tilt corrector is built into this specifically designed refractor allowing for precision adjustment of the imaging plane bringing out the absolute best. While every NP127fli is adjusted for perfection prior to shipment, adjustments are easily made should they be necessary.

*Please note that all FLI equipment noted above is sold separately.

Faultless performance straight out of the box

I have been using the prototype of this astrograph for almost two years and it has performed faultlessly straight out of the box, it is truly plug and play. I haven't needed to make any adjustments or focus changes due to temperature changes and I feel my imaging has improved as a result of using this system. It is without doubt the easiest and best imaging system that I have used
