• These Pentax XW 30 mm 70-Degree Eyepieces are specially designed to offer an excellent Extra Wide field-of-view while the fully multi-coated lenses increase light transmission and color quality. The perfect eyepiece for viewing nebula, planets, and exploring the night sky.

  All of the Pentax XW eyepieces offer a 70° field of view for comfortable viewing. The XW30-R eyepiece was designed specifically to provide ideal viewing when used with a telescope.
  

  Advanced Technology Advanced computer simulation design technology was used to drastically reduce internal reflections, producing brighter, clearer images.

  Durable Design JIS Class 4 weatherproof construction makes these eyepieces more durable.

  Key Features of the XW Eyepiece Line:

  • Part of the 70° Field of View Series with 1.25" and 2" Eyepieces.
  • There is a 20 mm of eye relief on all focal lengths in this series, making them easy for viewers with and without glasses.
  • Available in 3.5 mm, 5 mm, 7 mm, 10 mm, 14 mm, and 20 mm focal lengths have 1.25" barrel. The 30 mm, and 40 mm focal lengths have 2" barrels.
  • Extra-Low-Dispersion Lanthanum Glass.
  • Weatherproof (not submersible).
