  These binoculars will give you 10x magnification, meaning that everything in your field of view will appear larger and with more resolution than a lower power binocular. The 50 mm objective lenses collect over 50 times the amount of light that your eye can naturally pull in, making them ideal for low light conditions such as twilight / dawn terrestrial viewing and gazing at large deep-sky objects like the Orion nebula.

  What differentiates these binoculars is their amazing wide angle field of view they produce.  The majority of 10x50 binoculars have a 5 or 6 degree field, whereas these round out at a full 7 degree circular field of view! This translates into less panning around in search for your target and deep-sky objects will be framed nicely in the field of vision with some extra background sky around the objects, giving you heightened contrast and composition.

  At a modest 1.7 lbs, these binoculars can be hand-held very comfortably for stargazing or daytime use. When you want to attach the binoculars to a tripod for extra stability during longer viewing sessions, they are fitted with a threaded tripod adapter port that will fit most photo tripods.
