Celestron Star Pointer
Good experience. I like the larger aperture of the finder tube, and the variable brightness of the red dot.

Finderscope
I’m somewhat pleased with the finderscope but in the package celestron packaged the wrong mounts for the finderscope. As usual celestron messed up again. I know this because I use to work at Celestron. Plus it shouldn’t take 3 months to mail the order. Celestron has the worst costumer service I have ever seen
Celestron Star Pointer Finderscope
Exactly what I ordered - arrived quickly - no issues. Good service.
Better Than the Original
I bought this to replace the one that came with my Celestron NexStar 8se. The red dot on that one disappeared after a few years and a fresh battery did not help. The red dot on this one is brighter and easier to use. I'm very happy with it and just hope it lasts longer than the first one.
Celestron star pointer 51630
This is a must have! Very easy to use, I was shocked that I was able to find Saturn within 5 min. of use. Before I was using the star pointer that came with the Celestron 114EQ, and couldn't find anything. The only reson I scored this a 4.5 is I wish that it came with the screws needed.

Fair to middlin'
The unit works as expected. The finder comes with a variety of ways to mount, so it should fit just about anything. The azimuth is a bit loose and there is no obvious way to tighten it up. I'm thinking some heavier silicone grease perhaps. In any event, it is about as precise as it needs to be.
