  The AstroMaster LT 70AZ by Celestron is a highly portable 70 mm (2.76-inch) aperture achromatic refractor telescope at a great value, ideal for any astronomer on the go looking into planetary observation. It produces high clarity and high-quality views of the moon, planets within our solar system, and other similar targets! It is quick and easy to set up without any need for tools, and the altitude-azimuth (AZ) mount is easy to use. It's a great place to start for any astronomer!

  This AstroMaster features a 1.25-inch rack-and-pinion focuser. It has large knobs on the side so you won't have to search for them in the dark. The attached red dot finderscope will help you line up your targets, and the star diagonal will place objects in the top-side-up view for you.
