Collimation knobs should be standard equipment
The service I got from Bob's Knobs was outstanding. I received my knobs within a few short days of my order and the instructions worked out good for me. I was able to more easily collimate my Celestron Nexstar 8SE after removing those frustrating factory screws and turning the knobs instead. I agree it's much easier and safer working in the dark with knobs instead of small screws and a screwdriver. Now my telescope images are clear and sharp! If there are no patent violation risks or other good reasons against it, I suggest collimation knobs be standard equipment on reflector telescopes.

Effective, easy to find, a little touchy
I really like these culmination knobs. They are very easy to find in the dark while looking through my eyepiece. They are large enough to provide required torque without tools. However, they can feel a little touchy until you get used to using them. Overall: Great tool!
No tools needed to adjust now
These were simple to install and make the adjustment process painless and quick. No tools needed.
