ADM Losmandy Style Saddle for EQG Mounts

Check out the DUAL-EQG-SAD-EQG to Losmandy Saddle adapter. Allows the EQ family to accept Losmandy style dovetail bars. The Unique Dual Saddle design allows either "D" Series or Vixen "V" Series dovetails to be used.

The saddle is 7" long and has two locking screws. the saddle is spring loaded making installation and removal of the telescope easier. Everything is black anodized and stainless steel for ultra good looks and maximum durability.

  • How des the Losmandy saddle attach to the EQ-G?

    The EQ-G version of the saddle has a round puck adapter on the bottom that fits the hole left when you loosen the setscrews around the top of the DEC axis and remove the original saddle plate. Just re-tighten the setscrews when you get the saddle oriented

    You will need either Lunt or another machinist make a custom adapter to fit over your refractor's dew shield and thread into the front 60mm etalon. To get a bandpass of around 0.5 angstroms would require a second 60mm filter, but we might need to ask
