Celestron NexYZ 3-Axis Universal smartphone Adapter

Celestron NexYZ 3-Axis Universal smartphone Adapter fits any eyepiece from 30 mm to 60 mm in diameter including telescopes with 1.25” and 2” eyepieces, spotting scopes, monoculars, and binoculars. With the included adapter ring, you will also be able to use this on microscopes that have eyepieces as small as 25 millimeters in diameter!

NexYZ platform is fully adjustable which allows it to accommodate a large range of smartphones, usually with a phone case still on. Even larger smartphones like the iPhone 8 Plus and latest Samsung Galaxy devices work perfectly. The secure platform stands up the weight of these heavier devices with ease.

What makes NexYZ different from other smartphone adapters is the three-axis adjustment. Other adapters rely on placing your phone perfectly on the platform and only offer limited adjustment in two axes. The NexYZ gives you the power to place your phone on the platform, center it over the eyepiece, and move up or down over the eyepiece until you have the entire field of view in your shot.

Even though these adjustments are ultra-precise, The NexYZ quicker and easier than other adapters. From start to finish, the process takes only take about 30 seconds (including the time it takes to insert the phone, attach it to an eyepiece, launch the camera app, and align the camera). If you switch phones, eyepieces, or optical instruments, only slight adjustments to re-center the camera over the new eyepiece will be necessary.
