Hardware is great customer support not good
Have not had time to test the hardware yet but I plan to use it as a guider When I tried to use the zwo setup instructions I found the software they wanted you to download ASICAP did not exist instead you have to use Asistudio Here’s what zwo customer service responded when I told them I needed a how to on using the camera as a guider I am afraid you have to learn how to use PHD for guiding, because we have plans to integrate or link PHD in our ASIStudio in the future but just not now.

Need mini camera for M68OAG
Great guide camera. Very sensitive. Unfortunately, I already had the non mini version and was using for a guide scope with the old ZWO OAG and didn’t realize that the non mini version will not come to focus with the M68 OAG. It is listed on the product page but easily overlooked. If u buy the newer M68 OAG be sure to have the mini version of any ZWO guide camera.

ZWO Guide Scope
My first CMOS astronomical camera, and I'm quite pleased. Compared to an older CCD camera, it is just as sensitive and better noise. I especially like its small size and weight.

ZWO ASI290MM and OPT Customer Service
Excellent lightweight and compact monochrome camera with relatively small pixels is ideal for autoguiding with a 300mm focal length guide 'scope. OPT's customer service is excellent !

The perfect camera for guiding!
I update mine 120mm camera with the 290mm. Very happy I did! Guiding improved!

Can't get it to connect
Great little camera but I'm having a heck of a time trying to get it to connect with my Paramount 11000-s. So far no one has been able to help me. No first light until this happens! (help..)
