Bad luck... for first time buyer at OPT

Unfortunately my telescope's cover was wrongfully packaged witch got the plasric bag completely glued and entagnled with the inner faom liner of the cover. I managed to save a few bits here and there and glue them back but this makes the cover completely loose it's tightness against humidity. The product construct is perfect it's the lousy packaging that gave me a bad experience. I was so happy to open the box upon delivery unfortunately to discover a damaged cover liner all stuck up in the plastic packaging. What can you say... s... happens. As for the product goes I'm pretty sure it works fine but I can't really tell it's loose on the metallic dew sheild. I imagine it should hold well especially when I park my telescope with my Hyperstar lens mounted on it. I'm up North and waiting for spring arrival to try it on. We'll see. I'll try to fix it my self by bying a new liner somewhere.
