Great small imaging scope

I was looking for a small imaging scope for airline portable rig and this one fits the bill. Very smooth focuser and no need for a flattener because of the Petzval design. Even with a full frame DSLR the stars are sharp edge to edge. An excellent value!

Excellent little scope

I think the scope is an excellent example of short/fast and flat refractor. No additional pieces required for great images. Despite its small aperture the f/5 ratio brings in the light quickly It has a nice flat white finish with a smooth focuser. I added a Sesto focuser that works great. I love it!

Terrific scope

I bought this scope several months ago now, and have put it through its paces on a variety of different AP targets, and it's performed extremely well: colors are spot on, and tight stars. I added a Pegasus focus motor and controller to the focuser, and it delivers extremely sharp images. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
