blew me away

About to order a Tak130 I saw outstanding images from a online friend who has this scope. I thought really? I could save some money... but had a ES127 and didn't care much for it. (was purchased used and had ES focuser that was really poor). Anyway - due to his outstanding images and the fact that OPT had one of these from the NEAF show (demo) at a substantial savings I bit on this one (well one without the FT focuser, because it was the demo) but I had a new FT 3" focuser here at home from my 127mm that I just sold off. I install the FT and this scope has been perfect. Stars are pin points... my images are outstanding. I've yet to look through it (or any of my scopes) as I only image but my subs are fanastic. I will never part with this scope. (retired studio photographer of 35 years) so I know a good image from a fair one. GET IT! but make sure you get it with the FT focuser.
