Wild Skies of Costa Rica

astro.tours iceland

The imposing Arenal Volcano looms in the distance, mist still clinging to its slopes. The day was long and unforgettable, your camera filled with picture after picture of colorful, exotic creatures and foliage so vibrant it seems to move on its own.

Over dinner you swap stories with your newfound friends as the sun slips below the horizon, your head barely able to keep track of the complex interconnected web of life surrounding you.

Tonight we trek out again to find a dark observing spot - an easy task in the northwest corner of this amazing country - and hunt for the stars, their orderly patterns sitting in stark contrast to the verdant chaos of the jungle. Yet somehow, just as alive.

So much to absorb, you could spend a lifetime here.
