Here at OPT, we understand what it's like to use a Newtonian reflector... because we use them as well! Moving your big Dobsonian out to the field, transporting your reflector, every major move can mean the eventual misalignment of the optics in a reflector telescope. It isn't a flaw... It's just an easy to correct design feature that's no different than tuning a guitar. Don't just eyeball it when you can use a TPO Laser Collimator!
Specially designed for TPO by an undisclosed manufacturer, our Newtonian Laser Collimator III makes collimating your reflector easier due to a viewport in the rear of the housing that lets you see the light beam while standing at the back of your telescope. This makes the necessary adjustments easier to make...just turn the collimation bolts until you see the emitted and return beams overlap, and presto, you're done!
Making adjustments to your telescope's optics shouldn't be painful, and neither should be buying a laser collimator.
